Morimoto X3B LED Third Brake Light – 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma
Upgrade your 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma with the Morimoto X3B LED Third Brake Light (X3B05), a premium replacement designed to combine modern styling, powerful illumination, and true plug-and-play installation.
The X3B replaces the outdated factory third brake light with aggressive 3D red LED brake light optics, giving the rear of your Tacoma a clean and modern appearance. The optics are constructed from optical-grade red polycarbonate and powered by high-output 3W LEDs for bright, crisp illumination and excellent visibility during both daytime and nighttime driving.
For enthusiasts looking to add an even more distinctive touch, the X3B is compatible with Morimoto's optional F1-style rapid flash module (X3B01), creating an attention-grabbing flash sequence when the brakes are applied.
Installation is completely plug-and-play. The X3B utilizes the original factory mounting locations, fits seamlessly in place of the stock third brake light, and connects directly to the factory wiring harness. No cutting, splicing, or permanent modifications are required.
Morimoto designed the X3B with safety and compliance in mind. The assembly is engineered to meet applicable DOT and SAE regulations for rear-facing lamps, with compliance verified through third-party laboratory testing.
