At the core of the V.4 is the latest NLW1860CV2 multi-core LED chip, built on advanced CREE XD14 technology. Unlike traditional LED bulbs that stack multiple chips together, the V.4 utilizes a seamless LED light source with virtually no gaps between the diodes. This closely replicates the position of the original halogen filament, producing a focused beam pattern with excellent hotspot intensity, wider road coverage, and minimal glare for oncoming traffic.

Delivering up to 3,600 lumens per bulb, the V.4 provides dramatically improved visibility in fog, rain, snow, and nighttime driving conditions. Whether installed in projector or reflector fog light housings, these bulbs deliver crisp, cool white illumination while maintaining factory-style beam control.

Built from 6063 aircraft-grade aluminum, the V.4 offers outstanding heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. A waterproof dual ball-bearing micro cooling fan provides efficient active cooling while remaining compact enough to fit inside most factory fog light housings. The integrated smart fan controller automatically adjusts fan speed according to operating temperature, minimizing noise while maximizing cooling performance.

For maximum reliability, the V.4 features an advanced Intelligent Thermal Management System that continuously monitors operating temperatures. If excessive heat or fan failure is detected, the bulbs automatically reduce power output to protect the LEDs without shutting off completely, ensuring safe operation and extending component lifespan.

Designed with installation in mind, the V.4 features an ultra-compact profile with a mounting depth of approximately 20–25 mm (depending on bulb type) and a slim 39 mm heat sink diameter, allowing it to fit inside most factory fog light housings, including those equipped with dust covers.

The integrated CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry is built directly into the LED driver, eliminating the need for external decoders on most vehicles. This advanced electronics package helps prevent flickering, dashboard warning lights, and bulb-out errors while providing true plug-and-play installation. While certain PWM-controlled systems may still require an additional module, the V.4 is compatible with the vast majority of today's vehicles.
