Unlike conventional LED bulbs that simply increase LED count, the Ultra i-LED utilizes a precision-engineered optical system that maximizes usable light output. The crystal-clear optics project intense light directly forward while redirecting more than half of the LED output back into your factory reflector housing. This innovative design produces significantly greater intensity from a distance, where it matters most for visibility and safety.

The Ultra i-LED operates at a power level similar to many factory incandescent bulbs, allowing it to function without external load resistors in many applications. For vehicles prone to hyperflash when used as turn signals, GTR Lighting recommends optional plug-and-play anti-hyperflash modules for guaranteed compatibility and reliable operation.

At the core of every Ultra i-LED is GTR Lighting's intelligent i-Driver circuitry. The driver briefly overdrives the LEDs for less than two seconds during initial activation, producing an exceptionally bright flash before automatically reducing power to an optimized operating level. This intelligent system delivers maximum visual impact while maintaining long-term reliability and thermal stability.

Available in Pure White, Red, PC Amber, and White/Amber Switchback, the Ultra i-LED features a universal mounting collar compatible with a wide variety of headlight and tail light housings.
