At the heart of the V.4 are custom NLW1860CV2 multi-core LED chips, based on advanced CREE XD14 technology. Unlike conventional LED bulbs that stack multiple individual chips together, the V.4 utilizes a seamless LED light source with no gaps between the diodes. This innovative design closely replicates the position of a factory halogen filament, producing an exceptionally accurate beam pattern with excellent hotspot intensity, wider road coverage, and minimal glare for oncoming drivers.

Despite its powerful cooling system, the V.4 remains remarkably compact. With a mounting depth of just 20-25 mm (depending on bulb type) and a slim 39 mm heat sink diameter, these bulbs fit inside most factory fog light housings, including those equipped with factory dust covers.

The integrated CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error driver eliminates the need for external decoders on most modern vehicles. Built directly into the LED driver, this advanced circuitry helps prevent flickering, pulsing, dashboard warning lights, and bulb-out errors while providing true plug-and-play installation. Although some advanced PWM-controlled systems may still require additional accessories, the V.4 is compatible with the vast majority of today's vehicles.
