Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Next Generation Lighting Modz. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, statutory holidays, and company closures.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout:
- Canada
- United States
International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an international order.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers, depending on destination, package size, and shipping service selected:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other trusted courier services
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package dimensions and weight
- Shipping method selected
- Carrier rates
Any promotional free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and may be subject to exclusions.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and are provided for reference only.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other government charges.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the import regulations of their country.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges or delays may occur.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being re-shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
Next Generation Lighting Modz is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related delays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Inspect the package before opening whenever possible.
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist with a shipping claim.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us because of:
- An incorrect address
- Failure to pay customs fees or import duties
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to collect the shipment from the carrier
the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, and any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before an order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Product Availability
Occasionally, products may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed.
If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options:
- Wait for the item to become available
- Receive a comparable replacement (if available)
- Receive a full refund for the unavailable item
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Next Generation Lighting Modz shall not be liable for shipping delays, carrier service interruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer protection laws.
