At the heart of the V.4 are custom NLW1860CV2 multi-core LED chips, built on advanced CREE XD14 technology. Unlike conventional LED bulbs that stack multiple chips together, the V.4 features a seamless LED light source with no gaps between the diodes. This design closely replicates the position of a factory halogen filament, producing an exceptionally accurate beam pattern with a focused hotspot, wide coverage, and minimal glare for oncoming traffic.

Delivering up to 3,600 lumens per bulb, the V.4 offers dramatically improved visibility while maintaining excellent optical performance in both projector and reflector fog light housings. The result is brighter, more effective lighting without sacrificing beam control.

Engineered for long-term durability, the V.4 utilizes a rugged 6063 aircraft-grade aluminum housing paired with a waterproof dual ball-bearing micro cooling fan. An intelligent variable-speed fan controller automatically adjusts cooling performance based on operating temperatures, minimizing noise while maximizing efficiency. If excessive heat is detected or airflow becomes restricted, the integrated thermal management system safely reduces power output to protect the LEDs and extend their lifespan.

Despite its advanced cooling system, the V.4 remains remarkably compact. With a mounting depth of just 20-25 mm (depending on bulb type) and a slim 39 mm heat sink diameter, these bulbs easily fit inside most factory fog light housings, including applications equipped with dust covers.

The integrated CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry eliminates the need for external decoders on the majority of modern vehicles. Built directly into the LED driver, this advanced electronics package helps prevent dashboard warning lights, flickering, pulsing, and bulb-out errors while providing a simple plug-and-play installation. Although some specialized PWM-controlled systems may still require additional accessories, the V.4 is compatible with most vehicles right out of the box.
