At the core of the V.4 are custom NLW1860CV2 multi-core LED chips, built on advanced CREE XD14 technology. Unlike traditional LED bulbs that stack multiple LED chips together, the V.4 utilizes a continuous light-emitting surface that closely replicates the position of a factory halogen filament. This innovative design produces an exceptionally precise beam pattern with a focused hotspot, wider road coverage, and reduced glare, making it ideal for both projector and reflector fog light housings.

Producing up to 3,600 lumens per bulb, the V.4 delivers dramatically improved visibility compared to factory halogen fog lights while maintaining excellent beam control. Whether driving through rain, snow, fog, or on dark back roads, you'll benefit from increased road illumination and enhanced safety.

To ensure maximum performance and longevity, the V.4 features an advanced cooling system built from 6063 aircraft-grade aluminum. A waterproof high-speed dual ball-bearing micro fan actively dissipates heat while remaining exceptionally quiet thanks to an intelligent fan controller that automatically adjusts fan speed based on operating temperature. If overheating is detected, the integrated thermal protection system safely reduces power output to protect the LEDs without completely shutting the bulbs off.

Despite its high-performance cooling system, the V.4 maintains an ultra-compact profile with a mounting depth of just 20-25 mm (depending on bulb type) and a slim 39 mm heat sink diameter. This compact design allows the bulbs to fit inside most factory fog light housings, including applications equipped with dust covers.

The integrated CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry eliminates the need for external decoders on the majority of today's vehicles. It helps prevent dashboard warning lights, flickering, pulsing, and bulb-out errors while providing true plug-and-play installation. Although certain advanced PWM-controlled systems may still require additional modules, the V.4 is compatible with most modern vehicles right out of the box.
